Hi Terri,
Is it lowering when VoiceOver is talking and then coming back to normal when it
stops? Try turning audio ducking on or off depending on it current setting.

Sometimes, when I am playing a podcast, or a file through Dropbox, or
VoiceDream, or I am playing music, I experience problems with the audio. The
volume will be low. Then all of a sudden it will return back to normal.
What might cause this?
And what can I do when it happens,
