Hi all Thanks so much for all your help with this one. Selecting edit from the rota when I was in the message body and choosing add attachment seemed to work a treat! So thank you.
Just one other question which is kind of related. I want to put a poster, which is one of the attachments I was e-mailing out to people, on to twitter. Does anyone know if/how this can be done?
