This link takes you to a site that describes charges for much more than just the Sero app, from which you can subscribe for just $5.99 month, if I remember correctly. The higher charges listed at this site are for additional services you may or may not want. I had that happen once, too. When I contacted their 800 support number buried somewhere in the app, it turns out I had 2 usernames, or something like that. This, from a previous trial I had forgotten about. After that was fixed, it’s worked pretty well for me, as far as described content goes, which is about all I use it for. I canceled after I opened the app one day and it didn't log in. It promptly deleted all the content I had downloaded, and I had no record of what I had downloaded. Also I know they put up material that's on Netflix, which is a violation. I declared myself done, even though they do have some things which are not available elsewhere. Quite upset with the app Sero
I am quite upset with the app Sero. I say this, because I actually started paying the six dollars or 599 that they charge for a monthly subscription last month. I went in there today to see if there were any new movies that I wanted to watch, and was told my free trial was over. I find this extremely interesting, when in fact I am paying a monthly subscription. Really weird is it not?
