Thre are some quick navigation keys listed in the help section of the
app. You'll find this on the bookshelf. There's a section on braille.
The one I remember as a for instance is letter p moves by page, n
moves to the next occurrence of the selected element. I haven't used
it in awhile so I'd recommend starting with the braile section in the
help on the bookshelf.
