You definitely don't want to give somebody your old SIM, first of all, if you
are staying with the same carrier than all you have to do is put your SIM card
into the new phone and all is fine.

Subject: Another Sym Card Question, was Re: Removing Sim card from phone

If I wanted to sell my phone, should I remove the sym card and let them get
their own? Even if I reset the phone to factory defaults, does that card not
still have my account information on it?

Thanks for any information.

One of the best tools for this is simply a bent paperclip.
Straighten out a paperclip, and with no case on the phone, of course, feel
along the right side of the phone about 2 inches from the bottom for a tiny
hole.
Push the paperclip in that hole and apply gentle pressure. The simm card
should start to poke out just above that hole.

You want to be careful and make sure you are on a clean surface so you don't
lose it or get anything on it.
Perhaps over a clean bowl, or something.

If you plan to put it back in, make sure to pay attention to the shape so you
can get it back in correctly.

Richard

Subject: Removing Sim card from phone

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell me, how do I go about removing my Sim card, from my iPhone 5S?

Do I need a certain tool, to be able to do this?

Also, where is it even located?

Thank you,

Terri
