Like others, I think that was Apple's standard reply. I have gotten
that reply each time I emailed them. A few times, I got a more
personal response back later if more information was requested or to
acknowledge an issue I was having. Like others have said, I've had
better success by calling them about specific issues.

They just have a standard, auto-reply, kind of like my sister had, when she 
worked for Dell. If she wasn't there to reply to an email, she could put her 
email on auto-reply. I don't think Apple's says auto-reply, but it is the 
standard message. 

However, when I call them, most of the time, I get good response and help, when 
possible.

Given that the service is not available yet, they may not want to release 
details. Also, sometimes it takes them about a week to get back to you. I'm 
sure they're getting higher traffic than usual considering that they just
