Re: Apple accessibility doesn’t answer questions
Like others, I think that was Apple's standard reply. I have gotten that reply each time I emailed them. A few times, I got a more personal response back later if more information was requested or to acknowledge an issue I was having. Like others have said, I've had better success by calling them about specific issues. RE: Apple accessibility doesn’t answer questions
They just have a standard, auto-reply, kind of like my sister had, when she worked for Dell. If she wasn't there to reply to an email, she could put her email on auto-reply. I don't think Apple's says auto-reply, but it is the standard message. However, when I call them, most of the time, I get good response and help, when possible. -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Alexandra Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2020 9:42 AM To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: AW: Apple accessibility doesn’t answer questions This is Apple's typical standardized answer to everything you send to the accessibility email address. Hi, Given that the service is not available yet, they may not want to release details. Also, sometimes it takes them about a week to get back to you. I'm sure they're getting higher traffic than usual considering that they just released major updates.
