I assume if they know of a work-around then they will give you the information,
I have had this happen to me before, if you are reporting a bug which they were
not aware of then you usually get the generic answer that it will be forwarded
to the appropriate team.

I’m impressed they gave a solid answer instead of simply we’ll forward this on
