Hi Sharonda, I posted detailed instructions on how to do this with iTunes 12 maybe 10 days or 2 weeks ago. If you search the archive for "Creating ringtones from songs using iTunes 12" you should find it easily enough. The trick is to activate the Options button in iTunes 12 and then to use F6 about 6 or so times or tab about 15 times since the options do appear on the screen even though it seems nothing happens. The other trick is that in order to edit the time field for start and stop time you have to route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and then do a left click. This is the only way to put focus into the edit field where you can then delete the time entry that is there and type in the one you want. See if you can find my post, I just flew back from Las Vegas to Vancouver and I have meetings all day tomorrow, then I'm visiting with friends until my flight back home on Sunday evening.

Once I press the Get INfo option, I can't activate the Options button that is necessary to change the times for the ringtone. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do?
