Ok, things worked out well when I went back to UEB. Numbers and letters entered
in correctly.

If you have just numbers are in contracted braille you have to put a number
sign before your passcode. If you have letters and numbers I would recommend
you turn your braille input and output to 8-dot.

sign before the letters and the number sign before the numbers.

what braille format are you using, computer braille, ueb or the one we were
using before ueb? I found that when using ueb, I had to use the number sign
and write numbers at top of cell. So, dot 1 would equal the number 1. Hope
that helps. It threw me for a curve the first time I tried.

Are you using computer braille? I.E. the dropped numbers? Dot 2 for the
number 1 and dots 2,3 for the number 2, etc.?
If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what else to try.
