There is a security update that shows up only after you delete the beta
profile. You delete the beta profile, reset your device and then check for
updates. After doing this there will be a iOS15 security update.

Are you saying there is a 15 beta security update?
There is nothing about a security update for the public release.
Apple, I think as far back as I can remember, (which may not be that far back,)
has released security updates fairly quickly after the initial release.
