Sounds like what you were looking for isn’t in the more information section,
but one thing I forgot to add is that your AirPods need to be connected before
you’ll see those gestures you can change

Not sure if it’s in the same place as my Airpod Pros, but try Settings ->
Bluetooth and then go into More Info on your AirPods. You can get to this by
doing a flick down when you get to the entry for your AirP
That’s what I did, and it worked.
