The first is the default in box and the second as you have found is the folders
under the inbox

I'm honestly not sure how I did this, but for me, I have two Outlook icons in
the native mail app.
One is just the inbox.
Then father down the screen is Outlook that is collapsed, if I expand it, I
have all the Outlook folders on my phone that I have on my computer.
It has to do with editing
