Not was it a problem,
It still is a problem with the betas.
And yes apple should be aware of the issues but still if you can report it to
them.

And, it is very, very much worth while calling Apple Accessibility and file a
report. The more reports, the merrier.
I'd also email accessibil...@apple.com
And, probably go to apple.com/feedback and file a report there.
