Not as such, that I know of anyway. Why not just use the iPad's built-in Zoom
function? You can scroll the screen, and adjust the magnification level. Or,
enlarge the text font in Pages, or whatever app you are working in. If there
are special considerations I'm not aware of, let me know, but
I do not know much about this, but there is an app called Zoom Reader.
It just might help.
