If what is in the stock calendar app doesn’t work for you, there is an app
called MonthCal that works as well.

Apple's calendar can do this, for US holidays only though. Just open the
calendar app, tap on the calendars tab at the bottom, swipe up the screen
from the bottom until you come to Holidays, tap to turn the feature on

There is one built-in if you select it in the Calendar settings.
Open the app, select calendars, and make sure U.S. Holidays is selected.
There may be several copies from different sources listed.
iCloud, Outlook, etc.
If more than one is selected, you will have holidays listed multiple times.
