If you can live with your conscience knowing that you are taking advantage of
someone's intellectual property without rewarding them their hard earned pay,
then no, there is little difference in the two versions. I believe the lite
version cannot download information for exchange, either.
One of the best reasons to upgrade is to support the developers. There is no
reduced functionality with the lite version.
