You can also turn on VoiceOver Help to practice the gestures. A 4
finger double tap. I would recommend practicing the new gestures in
this help mode.

For the home gesture, put your finger on the bottom edge of the phone, just off
the active screen and slide it up in a straight line until the first haptic
vibration which if sounds are on will be the second sound and lift your finger.
