A long time ago, I was able to email ringtones. I can't recall the exact instructions. I believe I just found the file and sent it as an attachment. It was super easy for the recipient to open the attachment and then it automatically went into iTunes. HTH, Christina Sent from Christina's iMac

Isaac, You can certainly send somebody custom ringtones you create, but they would have to add them to their Tones library in iTunes and sync them to their device. It is not possible to email or text somebody a ringtone and for that person to save it to their list of ringtones all from the

I don't know if there is a way to share ringtones from one iPhone to another. I just email ringtones to my husband that I have created. He opens up the attachment from his computer and it plays and adds it to his iTunes library. I am on a mac so I can't speak for this method on a PC. -- You

Hi Scott, If you give the ringtones to your wife on a USB stick or, if your computers are networked, copy them into her ringtones folder in iTunes Media, she can then select them and sync them to her phone. The main thing is to get them from your ringtones folder into her ringtone folder.
