On ear, I'm not sure, I haven't used my on ear headphones from bose for ages,
But they do have a great sound or at least I feel they have a great sounds,
Really it's up to the individual when it comes to speaker or headset sounds.
Everyone has different thoughts on what they and how they like
by chance are there any on ear headsets with the quality of the air pods? I
detest ear buds of any kind.

I thought exactly the same thing. Then I found a special for 125.00 and took
the chance. I absolutely love the air pods even with the short battery life
and the unreliability of the switching feature. They will charge in around
fifteen minutes, I can wear all day with no discomfort. the sound
Well you actually get up to 24 hours of charging out of them due to the
charging case,
If you can do better with features such as hey siri,
Verbal controls for media etc then we'd probably like to know.

I have the first gen airpods. If I had to pay for them all at once I
wouldn't have considered them worth it either. They are about 2 years
old now and the batteries pretty crappy now. When they die the only
thing I will be able to do is trash tem. I am sure I will wonder where
my money went then.
I've got a set of wireless earbuds that work well for me, but when I
get some money together, I will get those anker earbuds I talked
about. I just don't have $150 at the moment to spend on them. I
really like the fact that the anker buds can do wireless charging as
well as USBc WHICH is so
I'm not disagreeing with you, but just in case others don't know, they do come
with a small portable case that has a battery in it, so you can easily take the
case with you and recharge the Airpods on the fly. I'm seldomly listening to
things for five hours straight, so having to pop them into
I wouldn't pay $140 for a set of wireless earbuds if I only got about
5 hours of playtime from a single charge. This is just my opinion.

I'm not sure if this link will work for you, but here's a link to the Airpods
from Best Buy. This doesn't include the wireless charging case but rather just
the wired charging case. The price is $140.
This isn't easy to do as each country has their own website for apple so you
are best to go to your countries apple site,
Then check out the links on the page and there should be at the moment a link
to airpods.
Then go to the link for AirPods,
Not the AirPod Pro's
Then find the buy AirPods
Hello guys,
thank you for your help.
Please, would anyone be so kind and provide the link for the standard
series 2 earpods so that I know I will get the model I need.
Unfortunately, there is no Apple store where I live, so I cannot try
them, I just have to order online and hope I will get what
Actually this is now not true,
The pods do switch automatically
This has been problematic but is now working
Although isn't perfect it is working now.

I can confirm that the seamless switching back and forth is working between
devices and the series 2 pods,
Just not all the time or correctly as quickly as we might need.

The simple one is that the standard series 2 pods are the same look / feel as
what is on the wired earpods that would have come with your iPhone or iPod.
They sit in to the entrance of the ear but don't go in to the ear canal.
They don't have noise cancelation and come with eiter a wireless
The Air pods are shaped exactly like the wired buds which come with the
iPhone just without the wires. Great sound and comfortable fit. I just won't
try any further buds which go into the ear canal. And the price is as much
as the Air pods. Thanks for the great description and I know what good
I do not exactly know as I've never bought the apple airpods and do
not intend to. This set of awesome anker earbuds that I found on
amazon this morning get up to 8 hours of playtime on a single charge,
have usb C charging, as well as wireless charging of the earbud case.
They are around $150,
I have two Plantronics Edge headsets and have praised them a lot. But with
both, after a few months I find them occasionally dropping the connection or
they sometimes switch to the second device for, say a phone call, and then
do not switch back to the first device. This worked flawlessly in
Hmmm, I am confused now.
Some people say that airpods switch seamlessly/automatically and
instantly between Iphone and apple watch, some say they don't.
I certainly do not want to buy something that wil not work for me.
Voyager edge seems to be the headset with the features I need, but I am
Remember that the Airpods will not switch seamlessly/automatically and
instantly between your iPhone and Apple Watch.
They are Apple's own product and are supposed the most advanced Bluetooth
earbuds out there yet pretty much any other Bluetooth headset will do this so I
am not quite sure how
Hi Sieghard and all,
Yes, I need a wireless headset that can be instantly and seamlesly
switched between my Iphone and Apple watch.
When I checked and compared prices of Plantronics and airpods, the
airpods cost about 30 euros more than Plantronics here in Slovakia, to
not decided yet which
Another option is to not get any kind of apple airpods at all. There
are some very nice wireless earbuds that are much cheaper but do sound
very good. There is a set of wireless earbuds from anker for around
$60 that can last up to 7 hours on a single charge. I've got a set of
wireless earbuds
And the original poster should also take into consideration that Apple
apparently is going to introduce a bunch of cool new features which you may or
may not get with the regular Airpods. I assume if you do get them that there
might be a new generation of regular Airpods coming out, but of
Sorry yes,
My mistake,
I meant to say don't go for the airpod pros as they have the in to your ear
canel feature
Stay with the airpod series 2 as they are what you mentioned.
Good luck.

I think Simon is steering you in the right direction. You don't want the Airpod
Pros but the Airpods, as Simon describes below. You asked if you can use them
while they're in the charging case, and the answer is no you cannot. You cannot
place them in your ear while they're in the charging
Hi,
The original airpods or what are now known as the series 2 airpods are what you
are thinking of I believe.
These are the ones that look like apple have cut the wire off the old wired
earpods that use to come with your iphone or ipods
Now they come in a little flip top case that you can
Hello list,
First I thought I'd never buy the airpods, but the more you talk about
airpods, the more I consider buying them.
However, I would like to get the airpods that look like original apple
wired ear buds.
I cannot wear the ones that go into ear canal, because they are not
confortable
This sums it up nicely.
I just wanted to add that I had gotten the original airpods before the new ones
came out, and I have been perfectly happy with them. The newer ones do have
some good features, but I have no complaints about the ones I have and I use
them a lot, although I have not
The Airpod Pros will be more expensive, about $100 more the last time I looked
a few months ago. The Airpods look like wired ear buds without the cables, so
there's no noise cancellation, active or passive. The Airpod Pros have the
silicon tips that fit into your ear, so they do have passive
The AirPod pro model have 2 modes, ambience, which enhance outside noises, and
noise cancellation mode, which filter out ambient noises, like motors, traffic,
and generator noises. Note it’s better Toruń off cancellation mode when on a
call, as it will block the microphone. The Pro also have
Hi,
I have the same question about EarPods too. I would like to know what the
difference is between the regular and pro version.
My iphone doesn’t support the standard 3.5 headphones anymore, and only my iPad
does at the moment.
I intend to use them for zoom conferences, and when i go out, if i
