Hi Pete,
I am not sure what you mean by rolling options in the bottom of the
screen. Here is the process when I do this:
1. Find the contact you want and double tap on it
2. Find the Add to Favorites button at the bottom where you have the
following buttons:
Send Message
Share Contact
Add to
In step four, is where I was not getting the option to add as voice call with
this particular contact. I ended up having to delete that contact and start all
over, creating a new contact again. then I was able to add her to favorites
