Hi Wayne, If the printer says it supports Airprint then nothing else in terms of an app is required, you can simply select to print something and the printer will be recognized by the iPhone and you can print to it. I think most wireless HP printers and many other brands do support Airprint nowadays. As for finding just a printer and one with buttons instead of a touchpad that is a different issue, there aren't too many and even if they have buttons there typically is a display and you have to sort of see what you are doing. The good thing is that once the printer is set up you probably rarely have to change anything.

I am starting to look into getting a wireless printer which can print from either my iOS devices or a Mac. I don't do much printing, so don't really need anything super fancy, or one of those all in 1 scanner/copier/printers. I just want a wireless printer that I can use to print from my Mac and iOS devices. It would be good if the price were reasonable too, like around 50 or $75. I haven't bought a printer in so long, but after looking on Amazon, there were several within that price range. Finally, a printer which has buttons I can feel would be awesome too. I am totally blind and don't want to have to rely upon my sighted wife to change a setting. On the issue of printing, I've heard of AirPrint. Is that a utility or separate app that I would need to get for my iOS devices? How would printing from an iPhone work exactly? The last time I dealt with printers was at least 10 to 14 years ago, back when we attached cables from the computer to the printer. Anyone remember those days? Grin.
