Hi,
I finally had a chance to try this just now, I tried both suggestions,
no luck.
I’d love to know why certain speakers behave like this and certain
ones don’t, my thought was it seemed to be happening with the higher
end ones, but not necessarily, I tried a $50-ish speaker that my friend

Hello Max,
Maybe try Apple Disability help, and let them remote into your phone? Also,
maybe shut it down and restart your phone to see if you can see it then?

Hi,
yes that is at the bottom of the screen. A swipe up shows there is nothing else
on the screen.

Speech and Sound Channels options are only available and visible when you have
an audio device connected to your iPHone, such as headphones. I would think
having hearing aids connected would also make them available, but I don't know
for sure.

Anna
