I have been having this problem with my SE now for months. One
Hi Paula.
I ran into the issue of my iPhone not reading my fingerprint. I had an Otter
box Defender case on the phone, and I had to remove the plastic cover over the
fingerprint sensor to get it to work again.

Is it not working at all, i.e. does it not even let you set it up? If so you
may have to take the phone to an Apple Store and get them to check out the
Touch Id home button
