In VDR, Go to Add. Then File Browser. You may have to hit the back button until you get to a screen that has a locations button, and below that should be things like iCloud, iPhone, Onedrive. At least that is what is on mine but I have used OneDrive quite a bit, so I don’t remember if I had to select Locations first then OneDrive. Once you get OneDrive selected, you will need to then navigate to the folder where the file is, etc.
