Would it ever make a world of difference. How I wish I could have had that -
but managed over time with Hadley videos. I can't say enough about them.
Best regards,

I still use that method. Call me strange, but the touch typing mode seems
counterintuitive. I am used to typing where you push down on the key you
want instead of lifting away from it. In the standard typing mode, I often
use "split tap" When u find the key you want, keep your finger on it.
Because somebody suggested it. I think poor Josh is getting entirely too much
well-meaning advice.
Too bad he doesn't have somebody around who could sit down with him for an hour
or two because it would make a world of difference.
Joshua, if you have any way to get to an Apple Store make an

easier. This is Arlene and the way I've gotten use to typing on the screen,
knowing how the letters are arranged, I slide one of my fingers to the
letters, and on each letter that I need in a word, when I find that
HI Joshua,
Just out of curiosity, why did you select to use the touch typing?

HI Donna,
Doesn't one have to have the typing feature added to the rotor? If so, did

HI Joshua,
I have to completely agree with what Dave is saying about the standard typing.

You also have the option of flicking to the right and double tapping on the
number you want, if the touch and lift method isn't perfected quite yet for
you. The flick gesture is the most basic one, like tab and shift tab on the
computer. Also, if you can, have someone help you load the Looktel
I personally, would have stook to standard typing, as you have to double
tap, before it will enter a character. This is what i did, until i got use
to the iPhone.

Joshua,
With touch typing on, simply slide your finger over the numeric keypad and lift
when the number you want is spoken. For example, if your passcode is 1234,
slide your finger until you hear 1, then lift it and the 1 will be entered.
Repeat this process for the other three numbers and
Joshua,
With touch typing on, you simply move your finger over the numeric keypad and
don't lift your finger until you hear the number you want. So, if your passcode

screen. The 1 will be input and you repeat that
Hi
Have you tried using the rotor to change the typing mode?
