Hi,
I had trouble at first because my ringtones hadn't made it to my new phone.
Once I got them in from my library, everything was fine.
Make sure those ringtones are actually there.

Hmm, interesting. I am using all of the default ringtones with iOS.
Looks like I will be emailing Apple accessibility again, though I'm
not sure if this is really an accessibility issue. It is annoying
though since there are certain ringtones I have for specific callers
and I expect to hear those

I don't want to offend, but I wonder if this is user error on your part. I
can't see how this could be an iPhone 6 hardware problem and it doesn't
appear to be an iOS 8 problem since I just tried this on my 5S. I set
exactly your combination for my business number, the Waves ringtone

I did follow the steps for the custom ringtones. No offense taken
since even the more intermediate/advanced user misses a detail here
and there. I have changed the tone and vibration again making sure to
hit the done buttons throughout. I will report back if it doesn't
stick. I did find
Custom ringtones work fine on my 5S and always have throughout the iOS 8
beta cycle and all the versionsl since the public release. I have also not
yet seen a single message about others reporting that this wasn't working
nor heard on the Today in iOS Podcast that people are having issues.
