There have been no Voiceover/accessibility fixes in iOS 8.0.2. I would suggest
you wait a bit longer to see if 8.0.3 will fix some things. iOS 8 has 3 or 4
nice features, but there is nothing earthshaddering in the short term that you
can't live without.
