Hi do a one finger double tap and hold and it should bring up the keyboard.
Doing a double tap and hold usually hides or unhides the software keyboard.

I have had this happen from time to time. I don't use a Bluetooth keyboard,
but always use the on-screen keyboard or siri. When I lose my keyboard I
shut the phone down completely, wait a couple of minutes, and turn it back
on and the keyboard's magically back. Hope this helps.
