As far as accessing the favorites in StarPlayrx, it is quite simple.
After starting the app, just swipe to All Stars and double tap. This is located
right before All Channels.
As you swipe on the next screen, you will first come to a few defaulted
channels that are listed, but after

Sirius XM channels. The page is divided up into sections with headings
and tables which show the channels. The tables include columns which
list the channel name, have a list of genres they cover, sample
artists, channel number
StarPlayrX found in the app store,
Is an app that lists all Sirius XM channels accessibly.
The only thing it seems that people have not collectively been able to figure
out is how to access the Favorites.
