I get that exact thing sometimes when listening to a YouTube video. I don’t
know why it works that way sometimes and not others. It seems like it’s more
likely when I click on a link within a Mail message and it begins to play in
YouTube.

The other thing to check is to make sure your phone is not in fact muted, since
you described the problem as if it is acting like a call coming in when the
phone is muted.
The mute switch could easily get bumped if you don’t have the phone in a case,
or if the case you have leaves it
Paula, do u have any push notifications on either intentionally or not? Am
asking cuz it sounds like ur phone is trying to alert you to something.
