Try Accessibility, touch, Touch accommodations. However, if he uses VO this 
setting cannot be changed.

Hi all,

This is what the subject should have been.  My husband is having a weird 
problem with his phone.  Apps open that shouldn't, buttons get pressed that 
were not previously pressed and things like that.  In previous versions of IOS, 
there was something called touch sensitivity and I wondered if it is still 
around?  I have looked but haven't been able to find it.  Does anyone know what 
might be going on with his phone?  Thanks for any help.
