Hello Martin, I cannot reproduce your problem in the native iOS Weather App.
In iOS 9.3.2 on my iPhone 6 Plus, I am able to easily read all of the details including wind, humidity, pressure, visibility, etc. I can do this in one of two ways: 1. Simply single-finger swipe from left to right, in order to have VoiceOver read the display line-by-line. 2. Perform a three-finger swipe up from bottom-to-top in order to change to the second page of the display said page containing the details area of the report.
