Hello Mike,
I do not have my SE 2020 yet but with my fifth gen iPod in the dictation
fiield, I can say uppercase Y and a cap Y shows up in the edit field.

a single letter like, C, to confirm, Y, for yes, or an, N, for no ..., Ho
