Does anyone know if you reset all settings does it also get rid of your apps

No, only settings. However, there's a bug in the current version of iOS that
will cause all your iCloud documents (well, most of them) to be erased if you
perform such a reset. This only happens if you have iCloud Drive enabled, at
least according to reports so far.

I decided to do this, because I can't get pickers to work, and that's a much
more serious problem, as far as I'm concerned. This seems to have fixed the
problem for me. Go into settings, general, reset, then choose reset all
settings. This will reset your Voiceover and network settings but
