I wanted to view my subscriptions. I thought I went the correct way to get the
information. But now I am not so sure.
I went in to settings, and to ITunes and Apps. Then I entered on my ID.

No it wouldn't. Try signing out of your Apple ID and signing back in.

Hi no that is the correct place to view subscriptions maybe you don't have any
active at the moment? If so double tap on the subscription and choose the
appropriate option(s) to resubscribe.
