Hi Mark,my daughter bought an UP24 for me for Christmas not knowing that I
bought myself a Fitbit Flex 2 weeks previously. I have decided to wear them
both for a while and there are features in both I like. I like the fact
that you can start and stop monitoring a work out from the UP24 itself,

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the JawBone Up app, as like your friend I
decided to go with the FitBit Flex because I'd heard it was voiceOver
accessible. I've used my Flex since June of last year and love it.
