Yahoo supports both POP and IMAP. If you're using POP then this could
explain why email in folders, such as your sent mail folder, isn't being
seen on multiple devices.

I use both POP and IMAP, and regardless of what I send from, for example
this braille sense, using POP, my IMAP devices will show the messages
that were sent
That is the problem right there, POP stores messages locally which means your
sent messages are stored on the computer and, unless you set it to keep a copy
of messages on the server, also incoming messages are kept on the computer only
after they are downloaded. This means if you ever lost
folder. If something doesn't quite
