There is no onscreen only VoiceOver gesture for Quicknav, as far as I can see. Now I didn't upgrade to iOS8, but I do have a bluetooth keyboard that can use Quicknav. To toggle it, left- and right-arrow keys pressed together. (This you no doubt know.) What i was trying to say was that the
