Hi Everyone, Hoping someone will be able to shed some light. I am unable to make purchases from within third party apps like mlb at bat and tunein. I have checked my payment info within iTunes and have even made a music purchase just to make sure I could.
But when I try to make a subscription purchase from within mlb at bat, I get a message that says there was a problem completing my purchase. Same thing happens in tunein. I called apple customer service and after an hour on the phone, their answer was that there was something going on with the apps, but I don't agree. The thing is I don't know what my next step should be to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated. This problem is frustrating the heck out of me.
