Updates in app store
IPhone6 running 8.2. The last updates seems to have gotten stuck in the app store. On the home screen when you touch the app store icon it says there are 8 updates available. When I open the store and go to updates, they are listed under the available updates header but the update all button is dimmed and beneath each app it says open instead of update. I check and the apps installed on the phone are earlier versions so I am stumped. does anyone have a clue before I call Apple. I think a lot of other people are having this problem to. I did some research on apple support communities and other people are having this problem to. I check and the apps installed on the phone are earlier versions so I am stumped. does anyone have a clue before I call Apple.
