BlankJust wanted to drop a note that I can access the MySiriusXm settings using the iPhone app.
Near the top of the screen is a graphic that says My. Double-tapping that brings up a list of preferences for the channel you're currently listening to. Not all channels have preferences, though. On the 60's channel, though, you have choices: Depth / Popularity. This is a box you flick up or down to adjust. Higher values give more popular songs, lower values give more depth i.e. variety. Rock / Soul: The next flickable box determines the mix between rock and soul. A higher value is more rock, a lower value is more MoTown. The third box is a tempo box. I didn't play with this but a lower value will give more slower songs, a higher value gives livelier songs. There are different preferences for a lot of the other channels, i.e. Fifties on 5, 70's on 7, classic vinyl etc. They will have different options. Typically, the option to the left of the flickable box is what you will get with a higher value, and the option to the right is what preference you would select if you flick the value to a lower amount. Hth, Take my advice, I don't use it anyway. Steve Lansing, MI -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
