Can you explore the contents of what is on the IPhone 6 when connected to
the PC and through Windows like each folder etc. and copy and paste and move
an delete contents from it that way?

no, the simple answer is you can't. However, there are ways that you can do
it.. the only easy way you can view the contents is via iTunes. And you can't
copy and pace files and foulders that you like from or to iphone...
