Hi,
If you use the cursor controls to move through a document, you can move to the
previous item, and braille will be exactly where the cursor is. It's not ideal,
but it does mean braille is still useful if you can hear VoiceOver.

You can adjust the speech feedback in the audio settings.

How do you turn off the speech feedback as you go along in a file. When I'm
entering text with a braille display, I don't want the app to read back to me
my text each time I enter a period.

speech? If so, how well has this worked for you?

I use a brailliant 40 and have noticed that, if the keyboard is showing on the
screen, braille will follow the edit cursor but, if just reading braille does
not follow speech. Wrote to developer about it and he's aware of it and hopes
to sit side by side with a Braille specialist to help him
Yeah, I think the reading portion is not dependent on Voiceover at all
so therefore doesn't track with the braille. You can read with braille
but it's not synced. Also if you needto get speech and braille
together you have to just search. It's really not a workable app for
Braille which is
