The fix for the Ivona voices is already in the app store. I tested it and it works perfectly! Clearly Winston is not only the best developer at responding to bugs; but must be highly valued by Apple to be able to upload fixes so fast. I clock this one under 2 hours. Winston thinks he has it narrowed down to the Ivona voices. I changed to James from Neospeech and Scanner works fine. He should have a fix in today or tomorrow for the Ivona voices. If you are having the problem and not using the Ivona voices, write Winston and tell him which voice you are using. Same issue here, but I'm also seeing it with seeing AI and envision. So it might be an IOS issue. Same thing happened to me although my first scan, it took the picture, but there was no recognition. After that, I got the same error that you are getting. I wrote to support, and they just told me to delete the app and reinstall it, and I guess I will do that. However, I did that yesterday, and it had no effect.
