Hi Adam. I've never heard of an app that does that, but I've heard of apps that
can announce time every 15 minutes. The one I use is called Chime and it costs
I think $.99. Just out of curiosity, why would you want the time to announce
every 5 minutes?

Hi Adam, I have an app called Voice Clock, or possibly Voice Over Clock,
and it has several options for automatic announcement.
