Auto speak is a new feature.  For any watch complication that you have auto 
speak turned on, then when you tap on the screen, it will announce the time and 
any auto speak items.
For example, if you have auto speak turned on for your weather complication, 
then when you tap on the screen, it will tell you the time plus the weather.

I would recommend checking out AppleVis, David Woodbridge did several podcast 
demoing and going over each of the new features.
