I had tried searching for the answer to this with google before, but guess I either wasn't paying attention, or didn't put in the right words in the search box. But, in the end, here it is in writing about we needing to call to make changes to our Mobile Share plan:

Some changes require assistance. Call Customer Care at 800.331.0500 or 611 from your wireless device to do any of the following:


. Change your Mobile Share rate plan
. Switch from a FamilyTalk or AT&T Mobile Share plan to an individual rate plan
. Remove a line from your account
