There is a way to do it with a Bluetooth keyboard. Is that an option for you?

You can rearrange apps alphabetically by going to settings, general, reset.
It's also possible to use a Bluetooth keyboard.

Hi. Is there an easier way to move apps into folders on my iphone besides
dragging them around the screen? That takes me hours, literally, and it's
frustratingly slow. I have itunes for windows, but when I see my apps, I
just see a huge list of them, nothing is organized into the folders I did
