I need some thoughts. As I said, I am not able to receive facetime calls. I have done reboot, hard reboot, checked in notifications to see if ringtone is on and turning on and off ringtone. I can facetime out and can hear it ring. Now the interesting part. A friend facetimed me with a iPad that has not been upgraded to 11 or later. I received the call and could answer. Um, WTH! Anyway, any thoughts are welcome. If I restore, might that help? Thanks.
