There are so many great games. A long-time favourite of mine is Six Ages:
Ride Like The Wind. That's a very deep complex game which makes wonderful
use of VoiceOver. Sonar Islands is certainly chewing chunks out of my day.
Also, you might enjoy the Choice Of and Hosted Games collections of stories
